1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CapAdmin ("the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the Application.
2. Authorized Use
CapAdmin is intended solely for authorized users of organizations that have been granted access by their organization or an authorized administrator.
Users agree to:
- Use the Application only for legitimate business purposes.
- Access only the information necessary to perform assigned job responsibilities.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Do not share usernames or passwords.
- Notify your administrator immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
- Log out of shared or public computers when finished.
4. Data Ownership
All customer data processed or stored within CapAdmin remains the property of the respective client organization. CapAdmin does not claim ownership of customer data.
5. Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
CapAdmin may be used by healthcare organizations to process information that is subject to HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.
Users are responsible for:
- Accessing only information required to perform their job duties.
- Protecting patient confidentiality.
- Following all applicable HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Reporting suspected privacy or security incidents promptly.
6. Security
CapAdmin implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information. However, no technology can guarantee absolute security.
Users must not:
- Attempt to bypass security controls.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Interfere with normal system operations.
7. System Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, CapAdmin is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect system availability.
8. Intellectual Property
CapAdmin, including its software, reports, dashboards, source code, documentation, branding, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce the software.
- Modify or reverse engineer the Application.
- Redistribute any portion of the software without written authorization.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization.
- Disrupt or interfere with other users or system operations.
10. Audit Logging
Activity within CapAdmin may be logged and monitored for security, compliance, troubleshooting, auditing, and operational purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CapAdmin and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of CapAdmin after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
Access to CapAdmin may be suspended or terminated at any time for security reasons, violation of these Terms, client request, or termination of service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
